We deal with the production of custom-made orthopedic footwear starting from the plaster cast which can be obtained through plaster bandages, resin socks or phenolic foam. The final result, after the material has hardened, is cleaned to obtain the desired thrusts and discharges and is essential to obtain the shape of the foot from which we create orthopedic footwear in case of clubfoot, barbed varus foot, shortening, elephantiasis, charcot, blocked foot and foot with brace.
