Thanks to the collaboration with the orthopedic technician, with whom all the technical specifications of each individual shoe are planned, we proceed with the development of the last and then with the realization of the insoles. We continue with the choice of upper materials, colors, the type of soles to make the shoes customized and suited to the tastes and needs of the customer. Two different processes can be followed for the realization of the CAD / CAM SYSTEM FOOTBEDS.
With the first, the footprint is acquired on phenolic foam, then it is scanned and the footprint is digitized.
With the second method, instead, the file coming from the baropodometric platform is used, a machine that detects the pressure points of the foot and processes them to create the customized insole.
For the realization of our orthopedic shoes we use only high quality materials, natural leathers in different textures and colors and technical and innovative fabrics suitable to satisfy the tastes and aesthetic needs, always guaranteeing comfort, softness and breathability.
